Pretty And Beautiful

Claus Porto - Madrigal + Cerina Bath Bars. These soap recipes are carefully layered with notes much like composing music.

The Water Lily – Top Notes: Tarragon, rose heliotrope, mandarin

Heart Notes: Lilac, cinnamon, lily of the valley, jasmine, honeysuckle

Base Notes: Hyacinth, vanilla, lotus flower

I love the combination of relaxing citrus mandarin and light floral note of honeysuckle.

The Cerina – Top Notes: Bergamot, Mediterranean pine

Heart Notes: Cyclamen, juniper

Base Notes: Sea moss, musk, cedar

This is more of a gender neutral scented bath bar with a stronger presence of seaside essence mixed with woodsy profiled notes.

Custom Place Setting 3 Piece Set - A happy shade of chartreuse. There are many colors to choose from. The sculpting is especially attractive with the double inset of the fine embroidered lines. And in traditional calligraphy font monogram. Made in Italy.

Custom -One of a Kind - Le Huge Pillows, made from vintage Sari curry silk. Love these.

Marie Daage - Hand painted in Jaune with 24K Gold Rim.

Anna Weatherly - Sculpted Gold Rimmed Hand painted dinner plate in aqua.

I love to mix plates. These require hand washing which is fine. I wash, you dry. It is so much more fun together:) right bubba? right ramone.

One of a kind - Gallery Komjima - An example of TSUTSUGAKI technique with the design of the cormorant; an art form in itself. The use of this bird as symbolism, fruition of abundance in Japanese culture.

The technique of tsutsugaki involves protecting specific areas of cloth by applying a substance like a starch paste that is impenetrable by the dye. Once the textile is dyed, the paste is removed and colored dyes are hand-painted on the still-white areas to produce a range of designs and auspicious symbols. (mfa.org)

One of a Kind - Custom. Benchmade. Upholstered Bench with spindle legs and stretcher in robin's egg blue velvet.

Alain Saint Joanis - Carla in Silverplate with ebony wood finish. This flatware is truly handsome. Make the effort. Always. I believe it raises the the quality of the experience. Make a fuss, even about scrambled eggs and toast. It turns ordinary into extraordinary. :) And that big spoon for dessert.

iittala - Aino Aalto Sea Blue Tumblers - Designed in 1932. The juice ideal glass with ridges for a firm grip. Designed and made in Finland.
